Job Requirements

1. Current CPR Card
2. 1-step TB test. A copy if you have had one done within 12 months.
3. SS card
4. Driver’s license
5. Auto insurance card
6. RN College Diploma
7. Resume
8. Ohio Fingerprint background check -BCI Code to use is 5123.081

Qualification

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• One (1) year of nursing experience, preferred.
• Must not have crimes listed on the BCI report & be free of sex offender upon verification
• Does not have an active case of TB as verified either with a PPD or X-ray report.
• Has completed a CPR and First Aid course successfully in the past 12 months.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and documents care given.
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impaired.
• Demonstrates tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.
• Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Agency.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
