Job Requirements

We will also need a scanned copy of the following:

1. CPR Card,
2. Covid Vaccine Card, if you have one
3. 1-step TB test. A copy if you have had one done within 12 months.
4. SS card
5. Resume
6. Driver’s license
7. Auto insurance card
8. LPN diplomassss
9. BCI background check

Qualification

1. Graduate of a state-approved school of practical (vocational) nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
2. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in nursing, preferred.
3. Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Agency.
4. Must not have crimes listed on the BCI report & be free of sex offender upon verification
5. Does not have an active case of TB as verified either with a PPD or X-ray report.
6. Has completed a CPR and First Aid course successfully in the past 12 months.
7. Ability to read and follow written instructions and documents given.
8. Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
9. Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impaired.
10. Demonstrates tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.
11. Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with Organization requirements and is in good working order
12. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
